Created a feature which allows marketers to easily design a landing page, sharing Smart Video combined with personalised messages for their customers.

SundaySky is a high-tech company delivering a smart video platform for marketing managers to use to provide the end client with interactive content.

By combining the power of video with personalised storytelling, I designed a feature that allows marketers to design a landing page to share a smart video coupled with a personalised message.

My Role

Beginning this project was extensive as the task was to design a non-existent product, requiring collecting research which has not yet been addressed nor outlining all user needs and possible features to be included. My role ranged from defining the preliminary goals and intents of the company along with the needs of the client, ending with designing the product’s wireframes and screens, and A/B testing on users.

Research

Understanding the company’s overall mission statement along with its vision led me to understand who the end client would be for this new product. Being an interactive form of presenting bills and information to users, the demographic would be diverse but very different regarding the nativity of use of technology.

As such we had to create an understanding of the main user (marketing managers):

Design

In the later stages of the process, it was imperative to plan out the screens according to practical tools used today in similar web services (Ex. Wix). Additionally, taking the role of the marketer into account, the utility of sending out the product in large scale is something that must be accounted for.
